Shawn, the service representative, provided great customer service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and timely in keeping me informed. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Marnee. There could not be a better "service greeter". Marnee presented friendly and knowledgeable of the process. Top notch customer service from the my first phone call to scheduling my car service, from dropping my car off and on the pickup. Classic Collision gets an "A" rating. Everyone was efficient, prompt, friendly and curtious. The staff work REALLY long hours and were friendly even at the end of the day. One suggestion: staff need longer lunch breaks or more breaks throughout the day. The shifts are very long. Doesn’t make for a quality work/life situation.
