The car looks great. Too many meaningless emails. D Some confusion as car under my name contact numbers were my husbands. Led to confusion w every call and interaction. Was hard to get apt quickly at this location w geico. Rental car experience not good for second time. Wrong type of car. So car is good. But many aspects of process could be much improved

A few issues I was unhappy w rental car. They promised one thing and offered something completely different. That was enterprise not collision. Unhappy w geico slowness about arranging repairs. Too many emails would be my feedback. Confused the issue as to whether car was ready or not.
