When I go over speed bumps there is rattling in my car that wasn't present before. Also, one of my fluid lights has flashed a few times since I've gotten the repaired car. Most of the time the car seems fine, but these little things make me feel as if the repair might not have been done properly.

I had an appointment for December 9 at 12:30. I flew back early in order to make this appointment. At 12:15 I received a call that Classic Collision had no room on the lot for my car, despite the fact that I had an appointment. The representative explained that they would not want my car to be damaged while it was on the lot because there were so many other cars. The fact that I had an appointment meant nothing.

My car took longer than expected to be complete but classic collision kept me informed each day on the progress. I appreciated the communication each day. They did a great job repairing my car, it looks brand new!

From the beginning using this shop has been terrible. My first appointment that was scheduled did not get put in tot he schedule properly so I had to take time out of my day on a different day in order to get my car estimated. Then once I got my estimate completed it took be 2 more weeks to even get a hold of the office to decide when I would be able to bring my car in to be fixed. They informed me after the estimate that I would get a call from the office to schedule a time, which I never got. I also did not appreciate that when I came by one day to grab something out of my car the office did not know where it was located on the lot. When we did find it my car was outside with no passenger doors IN THE RAIN not covered causing the inside of my car to become wet. It now smells like mold when I got it back today which made me beyond angry. I also did not appreciate that when my car was completed the office called me with only **** HOUR to get to the location from Gwinnett to pick it up on a Holiday weekend. I feel that it is a little outrageous to believe that anyone could make it to Atlanta in **** hour on black Friday to pick up their car before the close of the building for the weekend. I also did not like the fact that because I received the call so late I almost had to pay for the rental car for two days out of my own pocket due to the insensitivity of the staff. I also did not like that one of my repairs failed to be documented and fixed and that even after I have paid for my car it is still not fixed. I am now having to wait for my car to have further repairs after the shop said that my car was complete. To be honest I WILL NEVER use this shop again. From how inconsiderate the shop was with the treatment of my car while it was in the repair process and then the incomplete work and time management of the shop this whole process has been outrageous and agonizing.

I am not completely satisfied. The cat now leaks water from the engine and the rear window wiper doesn't work. These are issues that were not present when I left the car at the shop. And now I have to take more time off work to bring the car back in.
It would also be nice if the text system was more accurate. More of a nausance since the date kept changing and was far off from the actual day.

Prefer more verbal communication, at least once per week, than canned text updates. While the text updates are helpful, there is no opportunity for dialogue, particularly if you have a lengthy repair. To be fair, they were available for dialogue when I called but would prefer if they called me once per week. Otherwise, very pleased with the process and the professionalism of the staff.
