Very corteous & professional. I was updated on progress of repairs being done/completed on a regular basis. Lady at the front desk was very kind & informative. Cannot tell there was ever a problem with my truck. I definitely would recommend Classic Collision. They will keep your mind at ease through the entire process!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, however, I had a few significant frustrations. First, my car was in the shop for close to a month, over two weeks longer than the original estimate. Second, my car was returned with no gas and a bad battery, and the staff forgot to mention anything about it. I left the lot and stopped to get gas, but I was stranded once I realized my battery was extremely drained and I couldn't even jump the car. I wasted 3 hours of my day Ubering to and from AutoZone/Home Depot and installing a new battery. This could have cost me only 30 min it the staff mentioned the battery before I picked up the car. I would've brought a new one with me.

The body work was very well done - no complaints there. However, the inside of my car was filthy. There was dust and dirt all over, which certainly wasn’t there when I dropped it off.

Shane was awesome constantly updated me on the progress of my vehicle, and it was completed by the estimated date. The team also saved me the hassle of returning my car to enterprise, after an enterprise agent told me I had to return my car, the Classic team checked into it and I was able to leave my rental car there.
