My consultant Brad was very unreliable in informing my about the progress of my car. Once I called and he was gone, I had good response from my consultant and my car was in good repair. Everyone else at CC was very nice and willing to listen to my concerns. The repair to my car is wonderful so to all those who worked on my car a big THANKS!!

Emily was so helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Enterprise was on site and made the rental a straightforward and easy transition. They repaired my car so fast I couldn't believe it! Good experience and would recommend to others.

There appears to be over spray from another paint job on the truck of the car. There are white paint drops spread across the truck of the car. Also it appear the Q/A did not catch loose screws on the bumper and the under carriage, as well as the gas tank. I am not happy with this at all!!!!

I was very satisfied with how everything looked but this evening when I got on I-75 a piece of trim flew off so I'll need to bring the vehicle back for repair.

When I picked up my car it was parked under a tree with blooms that were all over my car & still are. The individuals I encounted were friendly. My experience was not bad. The turn around time was great, very pleased with that. I guess though things felt a little off. When I dropped the car initially it was like no one wanted to go out & look at the car with me. They did, but only because I insisted & I pointed out a scratch that I would argue was part of the incident because it was obvious that the metal was showing & shining, but it seemed not to be a concern & did not get fixed. I was called Monday evening to let me know my car was done & I could pick it up. I said ok be right there & then was told well we’re closed now. I got a text about twenty minutes later wanting to confirm I had picked up my car. My experience wasn’t bad, but in the end it just felt like what just happened & was that it. Your survey was reiterated to me a few times & I got two copies of it. Thank you for your time.
