The end plates of the new bumper lip installed in the car were not properly painted, so they look blue-ish and they are highly noticeable in the driver side of the car. It will be addressed after I bring the car back, but it was not perfect at delivery time. Also mentioned a smudge/scratch which was not present when I left the vehicle the first day, but Emily stated it will be addressed when I bring the car back. As far as Emily's service, it was fantastic, she kept me updated of progress and was very responsive when we tried to navigate some issues with the insurance company.

From the pleasant receptionist when I first walked in it was great. I liked the email updates during the process. Car was done in a timely manner. Plus, Ron took care of even my nitpicking and cleared off remaining polishing compound. Also, when putting my belongings in my newly fixed trunk it didn’t close properly. When I went to get Ron for help, Ian who was nearby came over and took care of the issue with a minor adjustment. This was done happily and quickly. They didn’t view as a chore but as a way of pleasing customer. Thanks to everyone there.

The whole process was very impersonal, sterile, cold. No one likes bringing there car in for insurance claims and damage repairs. Usually, it's one of the worst experiences than a person can go through. Not having someone to give me a call, send me a picture, or hear a voice during the process was really disappointing. I felt like I was going to court when I walked in to that office. Like I was some dumb sucker, the whole process was my fault, and I had to deal with your employees at their convenience. When they had time for me...It was uncomfortable and unpleasant coming there.
