Customer service was exceptional. We were informed of the actual repairs needed to bring our car back to it’s original state prior to the accident. A progress report was sent almost daily, well received and appreciated. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were courteous, professional, and helpful. My son picked up my vehicle on Saturday for me because I was working. When I got home and inspected the vehicle I discovered the back floorboard was soaking wet. I personally took everything out of my car and vacuumed the car before I dropped it off to be repaired. The car was completely dry. I also showed my representative that my back headrest were up from The collision and needed to be reset.I explained that the top would not go down until headrests were reset. Rep at classic collision acted as if we didn't discuss this. After agreeing to repair the car at more than double the estimate I'm told that they don't repair convertible tops. I asked why they agreed to repair my car if they couldn't complete ALL the repairs. Guy proceeded to tell me how insurance works!!I'm completely dissatisfied at the moment. I have a car back that was estimated to be $1700. The bill was for more than double that. I have a soaking wet floorboard and a convertible top that doesn't work right.
