Customer service was great. The only issue I havery is that the rear bumper was fixed but when I received my car, the bumper was not sitting flush with the quarter panel so I must bring it back.

Unfortunately, I received my car back with a dead battery. I was without a car for entire weekend. I had to get the battery replaced which made me three hours late to work. Even though Classic Collision paid for the battery, this was a major inconvenience and not acceptable.

My main concern was the squeaking and scraping nose cause by the accident. Not happy that your mechanic didn't find the problem, instead you guys tell me what you think the problem is and how its probably caused by wear and tear. Your shop just fixed the cosmetic damage and took the payment from the insurance company and left me to figure out the rest. Looks like you were too busy to find the problem so you decided to speculate and just get paid for what was obvious and easy to fix. Wouldn't trust your shop with any future repairs.

I do appreciated the kind customer service I received by those i meant and talk too if it was in person or on the phone . I thank Crystal for keeping me in the loop with the process. The only thing that I was disappointed with was I wished that the vehicle was driven first before I had driven it off the lot. I didn't like how the vehicle drove afterward and the fact I had to call to inquiring that the vehicle wasn't driving smothly as it did.

I was very happy with the speed of the repair and the results. My only complaint is the fact that I had to call a couple of times to get an appointment to bring the car in when I was told I would receive a call telling me when to bring it in.
