Charged me 1200$ For a couple scratches and a small dent smaller than a dime I could've had my whole car painted for that

I picked up my car today 6/23/17. My friend looked under my car and noticed exhaust escaping where you had done your so called repair. This was an area that was pointed out to you during inspection and it appears you disregarded it totally. We don't have the luxury of bringing our vehicle to you at your convenience. If you offer a service please provide it. Fix my car and bring it back to where it was before it was hit from behind, if you can't please give me a reference of someone who can.

Everyone at CC were extremely helpful and nice, starting with Hayley at the front desk! Kristell and Nick were awesome - they answered all of my questions and assured me that everything would be taken care of and that they would be dealing with the insurance company. They did a great repair job and my "pony" looks as good as it did when I bought her. And they were able to get my car done earlier than the timeframe given to me! All in all, a very pleasant experience, considering what brought me to their business.

Classic collision is the BEST

I couldn't have had a better experience. This was the first time I wrecked any car and was very nervous about all that took place and was about to take place. First of all, I want to say that I love the fact that this is a family owned business; not only in the owners of the company but I could also see that the employees feel like family. I saw this in their actions as well as care for me and my Lexus RX350. Rick and Tiffany were exceptionally customer oriented. I was kept updated through emails and phone calls regularly. When I picked up my car, Rick made sure I was satisfied with the workmanship and care taken with my car. He also let me know that if I had any concerns or questions later, just give him a call. That type of commitment is not as easy to find any more. I knew he was dedicated to the company and customers and that he really enjoys what he does. Nick was great and did not rest until I was satisfied. It was a bit stressful to have to have my car damaged and have to go through a claim process, but Classic Collision went out of their way to make it smooth for me. I also loved that you all detailed my car. My baby looked so wonderful. Thank you!
