Stephen was incredible and on point . He kept me updated with my car when needed . I honestly thought it was gonna take two weeks to get my car taken care of, but it took 3 days ! That’s incredible . I’m very satisfied, even the receptionist , I believe her name was Haley? I am very sorry I got that wrong , but she was incredibly sweet and very nice . When Stephen was taking a bit longer to meet me inside, she would re-call him to remind him I was there without me asking .

I liked the email notification,however, on Friday Feb. 23rd email notification mentioned that the care will be ready by 5 pm, but it was not and there were not updates. Even a phone call was not returned. So, I did show up to find that its not ready. An update could have saved me a trip. Thanks.
