Everything was fine until my car was dropped off. I didn't like that she showed me the side of the car that wasn't broken then when I realized it and walked over to the damaged/fixed side.. She rushed me like there was something to hide. She also casually mentioned that the full $500 refund check went towards my deposit but it wasn't a full $500 and that the adjuster couldn't cut a check unless it was for the full amount... When I asked her how much... She said 4 something... The whole conversation was weird and made me feel uncomfortable. I was pleased with the work on my car but its making think that I should have gotten more money back.

Buffing so bad it left scratches and went THROUGH the paint. Overspray on both left side fender flares and beyond. This isn't acceptable to me, I hope it is not to you as well. Where is the Quality Control? How could you let the truck out in this condition? It was there 2.5 weeks, it should have been perfect.

Worse service ever. I have six Lexus cars. I have brought three of them at John Glen location, total six or more times. Worse service ever. False marketing that you stand behind your workmanship 100 %.Feel very cheated because they know I am a very busy physician I won't do anything. Wrong, I will talk to a lawyer on Monday and will be filing a lawsuit. Thank you.

It was not a big or unusual repair to a 2005 Acura. Classic first said I'd have my car back by the middle of June. (I brought it in before Memorial Day in May). Then, the date of completion continued to be put off. Finally, the second week of July, I came to pick up my car and the trunk latch did not work. The car was not ready. Finally July 11, the car was picked up. I've been a Classic customer for 30 years but will consider other options next time.
