Yes,I just wanted to let you know that I'm very disappointed in the service that I had received regarding the my Black on Black 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350.
Classic Collision had caused damage to my vehicle while it was being repaired the representative Rome, had took pictures of it and I have the pictures as well.
Laura,was very much aware and comforted me being I was totally upset ???? in what had happened with damage to my vehicle.
$10 was taken from the inside of my front seat arm console it was hidden you would have to open up the arm console to take the money out! So why would they go in there unless they where snooping.
Amount was to $5 dollar bills that needs to be replaced. Also I had an arm rest that was made of black leather custom made "Swarovski" arm rest they took it and bent it in half stuffed it in the passenger side door The representative had difficulty finding it st first until he found bent in half and stuffed in the why did they not just set it in the back seat flat.
I was told by laura that it would be okay and not to worry that I would be contacted so that this would be resolved I have not received the call as of yet. This unacceptable.

I'm highly disappointed in the service and communication that I received this time around from Classic Collision. I brought my car back to get service due to the extraordinary service that I received last year when someone hit my car this particular time Classic Collision was not on my preferred list as I had changed insurance companies but I still insist it to go with them based off the service and customer service that I received but I'm regretting that decision due to the fact that my car was not fixed like it said it was and the communication and around my car getting service was not as Stellar as before. I consistently received text message saying my car will be ready one day just to find out after the scheduled pick-up point that my car was not going to be ready till the following day and still had to wait and realize that things that were told to me were fixed we're actually not. It was very bothersome to get my car back and one of the main items that was replaced had not been checked by a service technician or my representative to ensure that that particular item which was the fog lamp actually worked and it's a day after I picked up my car and I'm getting lackluster service in regards to when I'm going to get the follow-up service completed I really do not want to do the survey based off this experience that I've had this far and I'm really hoping that Classic Collision will turn this experience around and we'll make sure that the fog light which was damaged during my wreck and was fixed by Classic Collision will actually work ASAP

Classic Collision did a great job of repairing my vehicle. The repairs were perfect and my car was back on time, as promised. Tony was an excellent service technician who kept me informed every step of the way.
I also like the convenience of being able to pick up my rental vehicle and drop it off, on site.
I would recommend Classic Collision to any of my friends and family who need body work and collision repair.

I picked up the vehicle on feb 14 after 5pm parked the vehicle . My daughter noticed that some dents on the driver side door which was the accident impact area wasn’t professionally finished and few other issues when I get back this morning manager Justin I Hope I remember the name right promise to contact all state and ask for additional work to be. Performed it really make me upset after keeping the vehicle almost a month the work is incomplete I’m gonna urge the management to finish this job as it was promised remember I had choices but I choose you
