Yes I want to say and Holly was one of the best Representatives that I've met they gave us full attention and every detail on what was going on with my mother's car she pointed out everything that needed to be done what is going to take to get it done Coast with all the parts and stuff that under warranty and that the car will be done and satisfy to our satisfaction a hundred percent Hollywood very kind very open and very honest about what needed to be done she went out of her way to make me and my mom feel comfortable about getting my mom's car done she was one of the best if not the best representative that I've ever spoken to in these situations because you know these situations they get to be kind of hairy and people get stressed out but Holly was one that was true to whatever she was saying it got done and she took us to all the process and the steps I appreciate Holly I think she should be recommended get an award her satisfaction with the the customer she was one of the best and I thank Holly and Classic Collision for what they done to my mom's car and putting it back together for her. I did NOT appreciate the RUDE message sent by AMANDA.... The collision work looks fine... But things seem to have been shifted/thrown around in the back behind the drivers seat on the floor...

Everything looks good. The estimated time of completion was down to the last minute on a Friday. Still missing the stripe on side which needs to be replace. Seems like a lot of last minute details could have been planned for. Not sure it would have been completed if hadn’t called a couple times.
