Chelsea and Tab were great to work with. We felt they truly cared about making sure our car was repaired well. The quality of the work of the technicians and mechanics appear to be excellent from what I can tell so far. The cleanliness of the car at delivery far exceeded what my experience has been from another collision facility I’ve used in the past few years. Thank you all for your excellent work in getting my wife’s car back on the road in as good a condition as it was on the day of the accident.

overall experience was good. SUV make a funny noise when I drove it off the lot, and made the same noise again shortly after that - but has not made it since then. Also, the remote key fob would not work properly so i took it by the dealership and they told me the car battery had been unhooked during repairs and it takes a few minutes for the computer to recycle - thus the key would not work at first. Seems like the technician at Classic Collision should have known this and saved me a trip to the dealership.

Excellent repair job. Took one extra day because the first paint job was a little off. Wasn’t a problem but the app wasn’t updated with my current status so had to call several times to get updates.

There is a problem with paint finish at the edge of the panel where it meets up with another panel. I will be calling to get it redone.
