The work looks amazing. Only better than the work is the customer service - Lauren, Megan, Daniel (enterprise), paul (Geico), the other Paul, Marco... They made the process so painless. This is a well-oiled machine. The processes and handoffs are seamless!!! It is evident classic collision thought it through and they thought about it with the customer in mind. Thanks!!!

Really appreciate Megan and the lead male on my car. Both were exceptional. The lead male even helped to take out the car seats of my rental vehicle and placed them back In my car. Exceptional customer service.

I was unhappy with the communication through out the entire process. Text alerts were generic and always got sent to me after closing. So I had to wilt around all day just to find out my car was not ready and you all were closed. I did receive a voicemail letting me know my truck was still in paint approaching the estimated return date. I do feel my car took way longer than normal, was in the shop for almost two weeks. I was satisfied with the results however, very very dissatisfied with customer service and also very dissatisfied with my rental experience. Britney told me someone would be at the shop this last Saturday to pick up my truck and also return my rental car, she said someone would be there until 12 noon. No one was at the front desk when I arrived at 11 and even when my husband arrived before that. The door was locked. I did get ahold of Britney and she said she was in Chalreston and would contact who was supposed to be at the front desk. She told me to leave the rental car keys in the front flower pot which I did. When I finally heard back from enterprise today to make sure my rental was closed out, they were unaware of any of this and had to go retrieve the rental car keys from the front flower pot. Luckily they were still there and not damaged from the rain. Also, Britney told me she would call me today, to make sure everything was ok, since I picked up my car over the weekend and no one was there. She NEVER did and that is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Britney also promised they would take care of the additional insurance I purchased from Enterprise and take it out of my deductible (which I already paid) and also promised a gift card. None of this has happened. Again, I will have to call to make sure this is taken care of. I can tell you this- if my insurance did not recommend you (Geico) I would have not chosen your facility. Not only will I never return, I will also be letting Geico know of my extreme dissatisfaction. Best regards, Katy Mercer ****-****-xxxx

Looks like they only buffed the paint on the vehicle and made the car's front bumper worser off than it was before. The Repairs were not completed and I ended up leaving my car there. There was a big oversight in the repairs needed. Emails sent about the progress of the vehicle were incorrect. I'm hoping when I go to pick up my vehicle that there will be no issues this time and that they do a great job.

Better communication between the teams would be good. I dropped off touch up paint for a couple of spots. The repair them didn't know they had it. The wrong color was used - I had to re-do it. Otherwise good experience.
