I appreciated the daily updates. It reminded me of watching my car get washed at the car wash. Also appreciated it being returned cleaner than I brought in! I had planned to do that when it was returned to me; and that it was completed earlier than expected, although the original date seemed a bit inflated. This is the second time I've used classic and I've been satisfied both times but you have really improved with the keeping the customer informed. Hope I don't need you again but if I should, I would.
