This was not my first time using Classic Collision, which is unfortunate given why one would need to, but you all did a fantastic job making what is an unpleasant situation as easy and entreated as is possible. I have worked for a hospital for 20 years, and know first hand the importantance of customer service, and your front desk receptionist is, in a word, outstanding! She does a great job of juggling the phones and managing those in your waiting area-remembering their names-all the while maintaining a smile and pleasant overall demeanor, which helps set customers at ease. I also had the pleasure of working with Jason Ahumada, who was extremely professional! He kept me informed every step of the way via text and email and was always easy for me to get in touch with. The insurance company of the individual who hit my vehicle could take a lesson from Jason and your team regarding communication for certain! Thank you again for making this process seamless and worry free for me and my family!

Jeff Boyd provided best in class customer service. Kept me fully updated on progress of repairs. Repairs 100% complete and look great. Car was washed and cleaned - looks like new. VERY SATISFIED!

I'm not sure if my car was repaired to the initial condition it was in before it was hit. Also the rental car representative was not at Classic Collision when I went to return the rental car, so I did not receive any clarity on my deposit being returned. Overall, I am concerned that my vehicle is not in the same driving condition as it was before the accident because the noticeable difference.

The interior of the car was a filthy mess. Both leather door panels were covered with black handprints. There was what looked like black tar on the passenger seat. The material splattered on the side rear door from the accident was never removed from the car. It is hard to believe our car could possibly have been inspected before it was released to us. We are very disappointed in the quality of our service!

All the staff were very kind and courteous. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. It was obvious that I was not just another customer and that they cared about me and my concerns with my car repair. That really helps. Chad Ratliff was my advisor and he was just great. I believe he is an asset to your company. He was attentive to my need to have the work done as quickly as possible, and a great job at that. The car looks just fine and I am assured that the work done is top notch. Thanks to you all, I am a happy very satisfied customer!

After Market parts were used and a conversation followed up by an e-mail communication attaching the lease requirements for genuine original manufacturers parts was disregarded. As a result we can now be held in breach of our lease agreement which may result in losses for which Classic Collision must be held responsible. Communication is ongoing.
