Great customer service. The only recommendation would be do not leave garbage in the the vehicle. There was plastic and foam left in my hatchback.

I was surprised that, since my car had taken 5 days longer than planned, no one head looked at the work that had been done to see that it hasn't been buffed out when I came to pick it up. Especially since I had received an email Tuesday that the car was going to be ready. Then, when I called at 4, I was told it would have to stay another night since it hasn't been cleaned up yet. And I STILL didn't even pick it up until after noon. I also noticed a chip on the front, at the end of what appeared to be a long smear, like some piece of equipment had rubbed along the front and finally penetrated. When I pointed these things out to the gentleman that came out to help, he drove it back into the shop. It came back with the door buffered almost properly (they still missed a spot). The gentleman then told me that the chip had actually been touched up before with touchup paint. When I told him that the car was new and that I didn't even have any touchup paint, he said it may have been done as a courtesy when I brought it in for work previously. That still didn't account for how it was attached to some sort of smear. If there was some sort of minor accident in your shop, would I have actually been told?

When I picked up my car the body work was fine, but when I tried to drive it the engine stalled twice and on my way home the check engine light and the cruise control light both came on. I will take the car to my mechanic tomorrow to see what is wrong. I was not having anyproblem with the engine when I left the car at Moon Auto Body on Feb. 20.

Great service

I'm a little disappointed that after 9 days in the shop, my car had a small scratch on the driver door that was not there before I took my car to the shop.But mostly I'm disappointed that my car light was not checked to see if it work before I picked up the car. I didn't notice the light till night time. I'll be calling in the office Monday morning since the shop is close the weekend.I expect to have this taken care as soon as possible. Martha E

I have been unfortunate with car accidents in recent months and moon has been the body shop of my choice. They have done quality work in the time that 5hey estimated. I tell everyone about my experience and recommend them to everyone. I am also a big fan of enterprise being attached to the same building.

I needed a new wiper arm and Eric took care of it in one day. Very satisfied.
