Coveralls and tools still in vehicle when I picked it up. One roof moulding was missing which I was told were to contact in a few days never heard anything had to call in 2 weeks now the moulding is slready.coming off it.is not the OE moulding

The car looks like it was never damaged, in fact it looked like it just came back from being detailed. I'm so impressed with the quality and the professional service I received from everyone on the team. They got the car back to me quicker than they said, I was in and out of the service center when I dropped my car off to be repaired, I was greeted by several people, and two gentlemen went outside looked over the car said they would get back to me by the next day, and to my surprise they did. Then I was given a rental car on the spot compared to what I normal drive. It all took less than 15 minutes. They kept me up to date letting me know where I was in the process and when I could come get my car I couldn't be any more pleased, because they treated me like family and made me feel like I was the only one that mattered. That's a nice feeling, and my car was so clean they even managed to repair my sign on the front of the car. Nice touch everyone, not that I want to get in an accident but if anything ever happens to my cars or anyone I know I will be your biggest advocate for them to get their car fixed and repaired there! The estimate was very off from gieco to actual cost... if we would have known before we could have just paid from pocket instead of filing from insurance. The overall looked good but for the price they should have done the rock chip and scratch in the same area. For the little effort it would have taken it would of made it worth it.

The car looks great! I was only expecting work on the bumper, but the whole car was cleaned and looks really nice inside and out.
