Everyone I encountered at Artistic Body from those who did the estimate, to the awesome people in the office to Guillermo who worked on my car were wonderful. I also appreciated the person who took me around my car after it was repaired. He was friendly, kind and thorough. I also wanted to include the high quality of service I received from the front desk and office staff. They displayed great combination of professionalism, humor and compassion. My car looks beautiful and I'm so glad my insurance was able to work through Artistic Auto Body. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
My one and only issue was that the time of completion for the repair kept getting moved, but there was always a clear explanation as to why the times were changed. The timeline was much shorter than I even initially expected.

Dropped off in the AM picked up before you closed, a awesome work and customer service. I know it was a bumper replacement but I never expected to have my truck back before two or three days, based on my past experience with other shops. Thank you so much, and will highly recommend you!

The repairs to my car were beautiful! I couldn't tell at all that I had brought in a wreck and was given a fully restored vehicle. I was kept apprised of the timeline for repairs and Artistic kept to that timeline. In addition, they washed and vacuumed the whole thing and gave me some extra touch-up paint for the inevitable scratches. I will definite take any future repairs to Artistic Auto Body!
