I had a great experience at Artistic Auto. My car came back quickly and cleanly. The staff at AAB made provided top-notch service every step of the way and I appreciate that I was kept informed. The repairs themselves look good, although my bumpers no longer match my passenger side as before. This could very well be the curing process, and I already spoke with Nick regarding my concern. If it's not alleviated in 6-8 weeks then we can proceed from there. I also noticed that my rear passenger door is no longer aligned perfectly as the driver side is. My car was cleaned inside and out, which saves me hours of work, both the interior and exterior were quite dirty upon drop-off. The touch up paint provided is a nice addition as well. When I came to pick it up it had scratches all over and the. They wet sanded it and looked better, but now I am noticing swirl marks all over my car from improper washing technique and I would think that a auto body shop would know how to wash a car without causing swirl marks....I feel I should get a polish and wax to remove swirls

The car was repaired good. Guillermo is good. The estimated completion was dragged a little bit, because of the equipment problem. My situation was rather different, My gas is almost empty and I am scared(the car might stop in middle of road) to take the vehicle on to road. Artistic should have filled the gas for every vehicle that leaves their compound. I know this is an extra service for price, but creates more happy customers. Luckily my car did not stopped on road. But I saw a bad review for some one in similar situation. This review is for others to let them know, its better to have a quarter tank of gas before leaving the car at any body shop. I Hope that in future, artistic will have a policy of full tank before the vehicle goes out. Thanks Ravi

Update calls were often and consistent. Everyone there was very helpful. Only critique would be that I only received my credit card slip for a receipt. It would be nice to have a paper or emailed receipt from your facility to show that the balance due is 0. Just for my own records. Thank you for all your help.

The car's fender and right sided light was good as new when you finished the work, and the paint job was faultless. I was grateful for your daily updates, and when you got close to completion letting me know the exact time when I'd be able to pick up my vehicle. It helped as the schedule on my end became somewhat unpredictable that day. I arrived after closing and the plan was to pick up my car using my extra key. Esmeralda and the Assistant Manager were still there, however, and, as the car still wasn't on the upper lot they insisted that I be comfortable in the waiting room. In a few minutes the car was brought around. What a surprise when I saw my car! It looked pristine when I collected it. I did not expect that it would be washed and detailed as it was. That was a very pleasant surprise and you can't imagine how appreciated it was! Thank you! Everyone on your team provided the best of customer service. I had telephone or face to face contact with Sally, Esmeralda, Miguel, Mr. Utillo and your Assistant Manager. Artistic Auto Body is so far beyond any experience I have ever had with taking a car for service, or repairs etc., that I can't say enough. If I meet up with anyone who needs auto body repairs I will most certainly recommend that they take their vehicle to Artistic Auto Body. It seems to me that every person at Artistic Auto Body takes great pride in the job that they do and it shows. Thank you for excellence in your work. Heather A

You guys were great to work with, I really appreciated all the text updates.

Lack of communication between geico rep and body, daily text updates provided false updates on when vehicle would be completed. After getting the vehicle back had to bring the vehicle back in to get the back door fixed again, roof rack cap was not on completely and 6disc CD player was not working completely. Artistics Autobody claimed the CD player was not working prior to bringing in vehicle. I adviced them all 6 cd drives were fully working when I brought the vehicle. Artistically finally send the vehicle out to a car stereo dealer who had to reset the stereo system after artistics had disconnected the battery. Artistic wanted to charge me the car stereo diagnosis fee to get the CD player working again do to they caused. Did not pay for the fee due to they caused the problem
