The GEICO representative told me when I dropped off the car that a scratch on side of the bumper would be repaired and the estimate indicated bumper work. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was not repaired and then I was told that it would not be since the second representative did not think it was a result of the accident. Additionally, a small chip was located on the driver's door that was repaired prior to my leaving.
