When I came to pick up my car there were additional damages to it that weren't there when I dropped it off. Scott will looked at there photos prior to them working on it and also confirmed that the damages happened after being in the shop.

I received a call stating that the car were ready went to pick up my car and noticed that the lock were not working on the left side of the driver door. Go back to the office talk with the secretary she called mr. Woody outside to check the door he said that he don't know what could have happened it seems like the lock mechanism were gone because they didn't have any reason to remove the door panel I said to him my locks were working when I brought it in to be repaired I told him that in order to repair the left mirror the left door panel had to been taken off he said there was no reason to remove the panel from the door to fix the mirror he disputed me concerning that problem by that time he called the gentleman out front who worked on the car and the gentleman said yes he did remove the door panel to replace the left outside mirror mr. Woody did not apologize he seems to be upset and walk away I did not like that attitude and I prefer not using Scott will Collision Center anymore if I have to deal with that type of attitude it was no type apologies were given
