Showed up to pick up my van there was no quality check the paint had cracked . They tried to repaint it again same problem .when I showed up to pick up the van The parents check was not ready and I did not align the tires . Third trip to pick up the van showed up at 8 o'clock Saturday nobody at the collision center called the dealership they said the manager up he took my number finally they showed up so I turned around and came back

I talked to Jon Summers expressing my concern about my back-up camera. He was very kind to chk with Lexus. We agreed to have this chk out at Nalley Lexus & see if the camera is in spec as far as alignment. If I need to pay for adjustment he will speak to Geico adjuster to decide if this was related to my rear-end collision. Previous to repair I told adjuster I felt camera was not right. The communication wasn't clear. I received text messages stating my car would be ready and that I would receive a phone call if it wouldn't be. I never got that phone call. The rental car company called me three times to ask for their car back because the shop didn't bother to communicate to the Geico agent or the rental car company my car was still being worked on. I received zero phone calls with updates and had to call to ask for updates myself. Also, the shop

My car was hit in the front in two places .and I will have to bring my car back to replace glass on doors where they were scratched and paint over spray on my car still and paint at bottom of door not done right you had my car for 7daysand did a poor job I will never do business again I have purchased 3 car from A K Ford about a135000 total .Ryan the sales mgr was just great I could not expect any more from a dealership But this repair is bad

Nice work. My only feedback is to text your customers more to keep them up to date on repairs if going beyond the estimated date given for completion. Some people just don't understand what is involved with a repair or why it takes the time it does but up front and honest assessments are probably well received with constant communications.
