The Geico agent was incredibly helpful and made the process easy for me. Car looks great and I couldn't be more satisfied. Enterprise had a comfortable ride for me as well. Will definitely bring back if ever in accident again.

Only concern I had is my vehicle inspector called me back late regarding my rental. I called Friday morning and he called me back Monday afternoon. Also, the body shop missed an area that needed touchup paint.

Really disappointing. I had a spare tire on the front passenger side and asked that they tell me a price so we can fix or replace that while the car is there so i didnt have to take my fixed car home w a little spare on it. My car was ready and no one told me i had to call to check on it and when i called they said oh its done and they never gave me a price for the tire. I asked them to please give me a price since I dont want to drive around on this spare and im pregnant and dont want to deal with it and they were going to call me back and never did for three days... I called and got they will call me back and nothing.. so i had to pick up the car and go take it somewhere to fix my tire after it sat at your shop for over a week. And... On top of that I asked salesperson Ryan to let me know trade value on my car while its there and to price an explorer for me to see if i can trade and I got nothing... He emailed me and said come in to talk and I said i dont want to waste anyones time let me know trade value and if it works then we can move further.... Never got back to me again... That was it... No trade value no nothing... Guess you guys dont care about my business for tires or a new car. Owell.

Ford emblem on tailgate was loose when I picked the truck up. I tried reattach in it when I got home and it worked to some extent. Also, there was a scratch to the left fender behind the bumper where the bumper was pushed into the body, it too was left unrepaired.
