This is not just a comment, its my sincere thoughts about Angela Krause/ Cherokee Ford. It was the one and only going out of there way to just do a job right experience. None of the care or professionalism that I received was fake. I have to say that I believe Sean Hanarahan should be commended y Ford for what he does. He called and kept me informed every day on what was happening with the progress on my Ford Escape. This was not my first time using their collision center, Back in January of 2016 our vechicle was completely rebuilt from them. This time and in January the vehicle looked like the day it was leased with zero miles on it. I didn't get to meet the body man/ **** but he does exceptional work. I was going to go online and fill out a survey about this dealership until I recieved this email. Everything was excellent except for the repair update messages. These were useless and worthless. They were not up to date and were sometime totally inaccurate.
