We worked with Nick and he thoroughly took us through the process -- a process that we were totally unfamiliar with. He took the time to explain what would happen, kept in contact (with photos) on how the work was processing and went over everything at the end. He was friendly, professional and he understood how concerned we were about our car. When we got our Prius back, the work was stunning. We were very pleased that it looked -- and so far -- ran as good as before the accident.
