The work looks great. Was a little frustrated that both the work time and cost were underestimated when I brought the car in for the estimate. What was supposed to be 3 days was 5 and cost was 200.00 more than estimated on a very small job.

I have developed a long term relationship with Libertyville Auto body as they have handled my business for quite sometime in the past. Previously, their customer service was not very sensitive to customer needs. They must have addressed it because this time I was impressed with their reception, follow up and overall care. The repair was excellent. However when we picked the car up the inside was completely filled with dust. I called Scott . He apologized and asked that I bring the car back to have it cleaned, which was a real inconvenience needless to say. Lesson learned: "although the job was 95% complete, and well done at that ,what one remembers and speaks of is the 5% that is not"

This has been a very difficult experience. My husband and I still don't have our car and were promised phone calls back from management and still have yet to receive a phone call. Really poor communication.
