I was very pleased with the work. Repairs to both the front and rear of my car looked great. The detailing done to the outside and inside of the car was top notch. The only thing that was you ordered the wrong grille. I had a flat-black grille with the Toyota symbol on it. The replacement was more of a silver color. It was obvious to me that you ordered the wrong part. I don't know why you put the obvious wrong part on my car and tried to deliver it to me that way. Fortunately, Anthoni **** said he could order the correct part and have that put on. But that's going to require me to come back and lose the use of my car for at least another ****/2 day. Again, I want to say I am very pleased with how my car came out, save this one thing. I just don't understand why you tried to deliver my car with the obvious wrong grille or why you would think I might find that acceptable.

Unfortunately we have had to utilize your services twice due to accidents. Compared to the previous experience the communication was not as diligent this time around. The online updates were not very useful due to not being accurate. There was also some tape residue left on the right rear quarter panel.

I keep getting your text telling me that I have my vehicle yet after that I receive a text saying my car will be done on 10/7. Stop texting and have a live person communicate! It's as the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Brad need to communicate well with the customers. Until now I was very satisfied with communication between customers. But I am happy with the repair work. But buffing the scratch mark was done after I was notified the car is ready for pick up when I asked about it. Still tiny scratch is there. My only question is why I didn't get a sample of touch-up paint for my car? When I had work done in the past, I always got a small container of touch-up paint.

Scott listened to and complied with my request to keep the cost down by not painting the damaged bumper, which was a bit smudged but not really needing to be repainting, in my opinion. In addition, the job was completed faster than expected, which is always very welcome!

Repair was fine. Not as "smooth" as I'd thought it could be. My husband received an estimate for his car reflecting everything he said he didn't want done. Like the tech didn't even hear him. That was disappointing. We do appreciate the % discount although I would've been happy to pay more for a different result.
