Brad was great at handling all the details and communicating all to me in a way that someone not in the industry could understand. He understood what my objectives were and made sure they were obtained. He also followed my instructions quite well. All in all, I thought he was an excellent representative of your company. As for the job itself, in the few days I've had the car since the job was completed, I find no problems or issues.

Was not notified when my part arrived. I had to call when more time passed than I was told it would take to get the part in. I took a day off of work to have the repair done and about an hour after I dropped the vehicle off I got a call that the part was the wrong color. Solution was to have the mirror painted but it took several days and more than doubled the original estimate. Was told it would take 20 mind to install but took ****:15. Three strikes.

Communicatons has to be dealt seriously and the customer must be kept totally informed regarding the reasons of not making the delivery as promised. Also, if the customer calls, the agent must try to give the correct update instead of pushing the customer away. Honest and correct information always helps the customer to understand the situation instead of getting unhappy.

They said my car would be ready at three different dates and each date I called them and they said it was still not ready yet. My car was in the shop for a week and a half after the initial estimated completion date. The automated text message system didnt work well either since what it said wasnt accurate. The last message i received was a message saying that my car had been picked up when it clearly wasnt since i was still at work. The people were nice, but the service was lacking...

Not done when promised. Misleading system- generated texts were sent that caused us great inconvenience. Misleading information in them caused us to travel to dealership unnecessarily twice. Wife had to leave work early to take me disrupting her work at the inconvenience of her colleagues.
