They fixed the damage from the accident beautifully. I had asked for them if they could buff out a few minor scratches and they told me not a problem. When I picked up my car the scratches were not even attempted to be buffed out. Also the were supposed to bring my car over to the dealshop to have them fix an issue on the steering wheel. They didn't and now I have to bring it back again. They work they do is great but seem to forget about the small details.

When I signed the repair order around ****/6/17 I was told I would be notified when the parts came and that the repair would take approximately 5 days. I was told the parts were in and to bring the car in ****/31/17 which I did at 7:30 am. I asked again if the car would be ready on 2/6/17 since I was leaving town on 2/7/17. On 2/6/17 I repeatedly tried to contact Anthoni to see if I could pick up the car. Finally late in the PM he called me back to tell me it wouldn't be ready that day but would be ready the next day. I told him I would be traveling and gave him my wife's cell number to call her on 2/7/17 to make arrangements for her to pick up the car. On 2/7/17 at 9:00 am I am sitting in the airport and receive a text saying the car won't be ready until 2/10/17. I called my wife and requested she contact Anthoni to find out why this was being delayed. She tried repeatedly to call Anthoni and left voicemail messages and he did not return the call until late in the day. She then made arrangements so she could pick up the car after work on 2/10. On 2/10 I received a call from Anthoni in the afternoon stating the car now would not be ready until maybe Tuesday 2/14/17. Monday AM my wife had to drive me to your location so I could pick up a rental car until the Jeep was ready. Later that day I was told the car was ready and I picked it up. I was told the delay was caused by the company that was to refinish the wheels. The delays and lack of responding to our telephone calls made this a less than satisfying experience.
