Thanks for taking care of my car!!

My car was being repaired for 3 weeks. You guys did a nice job, but the day after I picked it up I realized that the electrical panel on my door doesn't work now. I am going to have to come in and have this looked at. I really don't have time to do this and it's an inconvenience. In the future, a more thorough check would be nice. Also, just as a courtesy, cleaning the inside would have been great. During accident sometimes coffee spills, etc. Doing an inside detailing would have been nice.

Well, you beat me to it! The service rendered to me, before, during, and after my auto repair were wonderful! My vans bumper looks perfect, it was repaired professionally, on time, and the car was beautifully cleaned both inside and out! The young man who drove me home, as I left my auto, was also so nice! All in all, I give LIBERTYVILLE AUTO BODY ????????????????????.

Super efficient and honest

All commitments that were made were not kept. I was told to arrive at 10 A and that the car would be done in less than 2 hours. I had to leave the car the entire day. The Body Shop and Service do not communicate.

Car delivery was held up by complimentary detail. Vendor used didn't communicate very well with Libertyville auto body. Estimator could have provided better updates (instead of saying he would call me back by a specific time, say he would call back as soon as he hears - and still check in via email at the end of day to say he is still waiting). Part of the damage to my vehicle was to the rear wheel and I asked whether a realignment would be completed. I was told it would be (and the labor write up confirmed this). When I picked up the vehicle I discovered after that a realignment had NOT been completed. The write up mentioned the AC system being removed and refrigerant being drained. The AC system was never recharged - nothing but hot air blowing on a hot day - not fun. Good thing: Libertyville auto body completed both the realignment and ACrecharge on same follow up visit which was scheduled at my convenience but no follow up visit should have been needed. Double checking to make sure everything on work order was complete before delivery of vehicle (especially given how long the shop had the vehicle in house) would have saved a lot of hassle. Instead of being thrilled with my experience I am underwhelmed.

Your E-mail updates were very hard to understand. They provided no specific details to the progress of the work. The last one just thanked us for our using Libertyville Auto Body. Nothing about the fact the car was finished except for some minor details.
