Luis was very nice and made me feel better and made the whole experience as pleasant as it can be until I had to hand over a copay of $500 when someone hit and ran my parked car vacant in a parking lot. That's not Luis fault though. Having Geico and rental car... One stop shopping. And the car was finished by my deadline to hand that car back to the dealership!

To start, they were very timely in getting my car in to be repaired. They are very professional and the auto shop is extremely clean and orderly. Luis the adjuster was prepared well spoken and clear in his explanation of what needed to be done to my vehicle and the estimated repair time.
