Excellent job by all. This is my second accident (neither my fault) with my new (less than 4 mos old) car. Both times the damage was repaired by Ferman. Two very unpleasant and frustrating circumstances were made less so by the ease at which the repair process was accomplished each time. Thanks, but I hope to not ever return in the future!

I am satisfied with the service great job, only concern was I returned the car rental car on the 13th and picked up the repaired car on the 13th but received a text on the 14th that said I picked up the repaired car on the 14th. Please verify car rental was closed out with no extra charges and deposit to be refunded accordingly. Thank you Stephen P

Hatch was left open while work was done on my bumper killing my battery. I broke down after picking it up and was without a vehicle all weekend and no way to get to work on Monday. The work was warranties and yet when the loose molding was brought to their attention, they refuse to fix the molding or the battery they drained. Extremely poor service.
