I totally enjoyed working with Tamera. She is such a pleasant,stay on top of things young lady, she kept me informed the whole process and in the end I think of her as a friend! My car was seen for water damage. The Team was able to find and fix the leak it appears, but upon preliminary inspection with the USAA rep, Jorge Matos, I pointed out mold Still in the vehicle in several different places. You could also still smell old water/mildew when opening the door of the vehicle. Mr. Matos apologized and said to bring the vehicle back on Monday or Tuesday and they would correct the issues. Also, the car was cleaned but not cleaned thoroughly. The back seat was in the almost same condition it was when I dropped it off. The front and back windshield appeared cleaned but they were not. In an attempt to drive to work in the early hours of the morning(6:00 A.M.) I had to pull over because the windows were all smeared and I couldn’t safely drive. I had to find the nearest Walmart to get some materials to clean the windows myself. Lastly, when I popped the trunk, the locking mechanism on the trunk itself had some issues. The trunk would not close. I had to press the trunk release a few times and then it finally latched and I was able to close the trunk. I am optimistic that Jorge Matos and Team will ensure all my issues are addressed but I wanted to be truthful in this satisfaction survey because I paid for the repairs already. Your team was excellent and like none I’d ever seen. I ran a bit late to my initial appointment and there was, at first, a concern about seeing me right away but immediately a team of 4 people surrounded me and got me out within 5 minutes. The rental was there and ready, (a brand-new Equinox that we loved). The return was equally easy. I was notified of each stage of repair my car was being taken through and, although it took a little longer than I was initially told we really didn’t mind, as we felt secure that the job would have been taken care of, and well-done. Great job! I am very pleased with your work and would highly recommend you to others.

My headlight on the repaired side of my vehicle is much dimmer glass than my other headlight that is original and it looks odd. Also the headlight on the repaired side has fogged up already so i think there is an open seal. But otherwise the experience was very excellent and i would reffer anyone i know and Manuel is really nice and the updates were very helpful.

No need to call me. I was told that the car would be ready on Friday. I was not notified until Monday that the vehicle did not pass the final inspection on Friday. Communication could have been a little better in that respect. It would have been nice to have an update Friday afternoon after the vehicle did not pass the inspection.

Ferman did an amazing job with the repairs on my car! They were constantly updating me, were very generous, and they even detailed my car for me free of charge. I highly recommend them for any repairs!

I was happy with the repairs. But disappointed the were unable to do anything about my decal. Now my truck is mismatched. I was compensated for it which I did appreciate and I do understand it was out of their hands. I also wish enterprise asked me what type of car I would have prefured rather then just assuming. But overall I had a great experience.
