I initially did not want to deal with a dealership for my repairs because I have not had very good experiences with dealerships before. However I was impressed with Ferman. Of course Gieco made the process easier but Ferman contacted me everyday via text and phone calls letting me know exactly what was going on. They were fast and went way out of their way to make sure I was happy. When I picked up my car I told them about how Enterprise gave me a dirty nasty car and I had called Enterprise and nothing was done. They apologized even though it was not their fault, called Enterprise on my behalf and we're able to negotiate a credit. They did not have to do that, they had nothing to do with it. But they made it the best possible experience it could be. They detailed my car inside and out even though there was nothing on the inside that they had to repair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience was world class. I have honestly never been taken such good care of in my life. If only every business did what you guys do it would be a Utopia. Please continue with your methods and ways as you have one amazed customer. Thank you!!!

Although I had a very good experience, a customer seating area would be a nice added touch to welcome customer experience while we wait to be helped .

Item's stolen out of my dad's vehicle when I picked up! He's in hospital and disabled as my advisor knew along with it being obvious with his handicap sticker on truck! Someone went through all of my dad's very personal info that had social and other personal information on them in the center council. Prescriptions that he needed to drop off gone! Atleast 50 to 60 in change gone! I will not recommend nor use service here ever again! Paid 1000.00 and just to have a thieves go through personal info and take things from people!!!! Not happy at all. I've talked to my advisor and have yet to hear anything else!!! I will definitely spread the word. Very bad service
