The entire team was very very enthusiastic and everyone was pleasant and always happy to see me or hear from me. I really really appreciate the constant update that I received on my phone as it reassured me that the job was getting done and that my baby was being taken care of which is my car. More importantly Alex made me feel very comfortable and assuring me that my car was in good hands. My car looks just like new and I am very very happy that I chose to use Ferman Collision to do the repairs on it!!! I will definitely recommend this company for any and all repairs in the future if someone else has a collision among my family and friends it is my expectation to go ahead and put this information on my Facebook page so that everyone that I know can experience my happiness!!! The body work on my truck was great but the cleaning of my truck was very poor I had buffing compound left on my plastics and trash left in the bed of my truck from the body shop

I was not only happy with the work and speed with which they worked, but I was treated with respect by very caring people.

The repair was fine. Any questions I had Al went back and addressed. He was very good to me. My frustration is the fact that someone stole a CD case out of my glove box and all the spare change I had in my cup holder. There was about $15 there. I know I should have taken that out but there was no reason for anyone to go into my cup holder. Al said he would make it right and that his GM Denny would call me. I do hope that happens. The issue is that you have a thief working there and if someone is willing to risk their job over something like that then wait till they get someone that has a lot of stuff in their car. A great repair experience gone to waste over someone rummaging through my car. I look forward to hearing from someone.

There are gouges on the inside of the door they did repairs on. They were not there before and can clearly see it was done with a screwdriver. I would never recommend this place! 1st I went to pick up and was vehicle was still damaged. Had rude people helping me at that point. 2nd time went to pick up and wasn't finished as promised and was missing caps on the door that wasn't even involved in the incident. Now while detailing my acar, I find the aforementioned as well as a chip out of my hood that was not there.

I had an appointment at 7:30 am and i was on my way to work by 8:15. Everyone from my first point of contact to the rental car agent were courteous and helpful.

I loved being updated via text messages about where my car was in the repair process. My car was also finished a day early which was a nice surprise. The guy who helped me finish up the paperwork when I picked my car up was sweet enough to help me move all my junk from my rental car back to my car. It was an all-around A+, 5 star experience.
