Communication was great for a week then I had to call and check up. When I brought car in I stated the passenger mirror was broken. I also asked that we could pay out of pocket for touch ups on random scratches that have happened over the year. I wanted to pay out of pocket for those since you would already have paint mixed. I never heard anything about costs of these or if adjuster just threw it in with everything else. I was disappointed to have lost my car for over three weeks only to realize I still needed to repair my mirror and scratches ;(. Now I have to come back in or seek another shop to do those repairs. . I was just disappointed to have not been called about the mirror and to find it still broken. We have used you twice in past and had great experiences. Bobby did go above and beyond and installed my tires and you all had to help with my rental so I am very grateful for that. The repairs that were made were fantastic and car runs great!
