I had detailed instructions regarding the repair of my vehicle. My wheels were repaired and were not to be painted gloss black on the face. Now I have 2 wheels that are gloss black and 2 wheels that are brushed aluminum. On top of that the center caps of the wheels that were painted gloss black were not painted, so they are now matte black. The passenger door was repaired and there are 3 noticable wrinkles in the paint. The sanding can be seen in the paint of the door as well. There is a huge gap on one side of my hood where it meets the passenger fender. Also the insurance would not pay for the passenger mirror, so I explained that I would pay for it out of my pocket, however it wasn't repaired. Overall terrible experience and this makes the 3rd bad experience with Earl's with 3 different vehicles. I will not be back.

Great service very customer oriented I would consider Earls the premier body shop. No one really wants to visit a body shop however if needed only one stop Earls. Thanks to all at Earls I appreciate the great service and my vehicle looks great.
