This was my first experience ever repairing my car. My experience with victory auto was beyond my expectation and very satisfactory! The whole process was made very quick and easy: from calling me on time for my appointment, to setting up my rental car, to answering any question I had, and mostly for finishing the work in a officiant time! Not only did victory auto do an amazing job with my repair but they went the extra step to clean my car inside and out, threw out the trash I had left in my car, and even put air in my tires! I was able to pick up my car and drop off the rental off working hours which made the process even more convenient for me. I hope to not have my car repaired anytime soon but if I do I found the right place for me! Thank you for treating your clients with the outmost respect and professionalism! Alisa L

We would appreciate if the auto center was open a little later during the week for people who work until 5 o’clock and commute home from Manhattan.

Coordinating with Geico about the progress of repair and the finish date would be helpful. Text messages were misleading at times. Otherwise we were pleased and satisfied with the work.
