I was told my body work was complete only to find after I drove it home they never replaced the cracked rear light cover or buffed out the scratch directly under it. I called the adjuster George, who was aware of the damage, and his comment was that he didn't think it was part of the claim. Prior to this, I had to call Geico as he refused to fix the side swipe damage along with the front bumper. He said it was two separate damages. I explained I was in the car when a snow plow came along and damaged the side and trying to get out of the extreme ice damaged the bumper. I asked him why he didn't call me to discuss the broken light and let me go home with an unfinished car. He didn't have any good explanation. I must now go back after the part comes in and wait while they replace the cover and buff out the scratch. I have no time for this. Complete inconvience. He never went over the repairs when I picked up my car. He did hand me my EZ pass tag that I left in my car.

Very professional environment.

I felt it took a little too long to do repairs on only a rear bumper. Understandably, it was a holiday week but it took 7-8 days to do the repairs. I felt it could've took about 3-4 days to complete that kind of job but overall I was happy with the outcome. Thanks

my car lock was not functioning properly after i was told to pick up my car i had to wait another day for the new lock to come to get install it was such an inconvenience for me the door that was replaced the lock should have been checked out before S&T AUTO called me to pick up my car.other wise the service was excellent customer care service ms.M treat me like family & value my business & i would recommend S& T AUTO to all my family & friends.thanks for taking super great care of my VW car!!!!!!!!
