A huge thank you to Tom...a minor issue with my tire was discovered after I picked the vehicle up from the shop..I was stranded in Mount Vernon, he arranged a flat bed tow to a 24 hour tire shop and got me on the road for my Memorial day weekend!...with no cost to me...also the tow truck driver was a complete gentleman.

Operations for windows located on drivers side where damaged door was repaired does not allow me to open tailgate. Tailgate opens half way when operating from the back.Distortion from speakers on left side of door.

the repairs were fast and efficeient. i was actually amazed at the entire process in which my 8am appt had me in and out with the rental in no time. the only concern is once i dropped off rental and picked my car up the process waiting for the geico insurance and the adjuster to calculate things and provide me with a bill. hoever the staff was very thorough, articulate, polite, fast, and efficient.
