First the young lady that I dealt with was professional but not standoffish. Friendly and compassionate. I had to reschedule several times due to $/health reasons and she didn't even hesitate to express true empathy. You could hear it in her voice (I'm so sorry I can't recall her name). The work that Superior did on my Jeep was beautiful and quick. They even cleaned my car inside and out! My front end looks brand new.
