Sevice was excellent. When I walked in the door they were ready for me, had my rental car ready and I was out within 20 minutes. I was told my car would be ready by Friday but received a call Weds before saying it was ready. Again, I walked in and was out in minutes. They truly made a very stressful situation a whole lot easier. I will be returning with another vehicle next week.

To work with people who are unable to pay the full deductible immediately. Maybe take ****/2 or a few payments so they don’t have to stress and go into debt further to come up with it. For example, I inquired about getting a 10 day extension and was told I couldn’t and I couldn’t take the vehicle unless it was paid. I didn’t have the full amount due to my son having major surgery so it caused a bit of a problem for me to borrow more money. But I needed the truck so my husband could get to work. So I had no choice. So working with people sure would help a lot.

Chips in bumper. Bumper not aligned. Overspray and lines from where paint was sprayed against tape. Rubbing compound left on hood and nicks in front of hood. Debris was painted over, never wet sanded properly. Pearl cost looks like it was added after the bumper was installed. Interior was cleaned with an awful smelling cleaner and residue left all over
