Christina did a great job stepping in and taking over when they had a personnel change in service. We eventually got my mirror fixed in the timeframe she promised and a little less expensive than I had previously been quoted. Experiences like these will keep my coming back to AJ! Even with some unexpected hiccups, they worked hard to get me taken care of! Thank you!

i wanted two other dents fixed that were not even after over 2 months of truck being in shop. Otherwise good communication and friendly. But why does it take that long? Should have waited till all ready before starting and leaving me without truck for sooo long

I have a good sense of your service since I have been there 4 times much to my chagrin. AJ USA makes a bad situation good. Starting with keeping me informed which doesn’t seem like a big thing but it really helps me knowing the progress. The work speaks for itself. Excellent repair work. Good customer representatives. I would recommend AJ USA to anyone needing service for their vehicle.

I think AJ-USA did an excellent job with the actual repair. I had a couple of issues that were not completely resolved. The first issue was with plastic cowlings off on both front seats, and I know for a fact I had no issues. Before AJ decided to fix, the person made it seem as he was doing me a favor for something I did and didn't notice. The second issue was never resolved. I found a few stains, one obvious one in the repair area. I reach out with pictures a week ago, and until this day have not received a response to address the situation. This could have been an amazing experience overall since the body work was so great, but I felt like since the main work was done, anything after was no longer their responsibility.

I'm completely satisfied with my repair to date. We are still waiting on some parts. The parts are for items that do not impact the ability to drive the vehicle. I'm glad I am able to drive my vehicle but I won't be 100% satisfied until it is completed. Thanks, Marilyn G

Mario in the collision center was extremely helpful in navigating the repair process. He was completely transparent and provided some excellent insight into how to proceed. Mario regularly checked up with me and provided updates regarding the repairs as often as he could. He answered every single question I or my mother had for him. The rest of the team in the collision center were also very accomodating and friendly as they offered leaving a message or callbacks when important updates needed to be discussed.
