I've had more repairs done at Absolute Auto Body than I'd care to admit. I've never been unsatisfied with the service or repairs and if for some unfortunate reason I need repairs done again, they will be the first I call.

Friendly people that we talked to. The job was completed much sooner than we expected. We didn’t realize we needed an appointment for an estimate but when we just popped in instead of turning us away the person we saw said he had a cancellation and could do the estimate then.

The repair work was very high quality, and I was treated honestly -- one auto part in the estimate wasn't needed so my cost came was under the estimate. If I need another repair they will be my top choice.

The quality of the work is impressive, but I had three issues getting my car fixed. When I met with the estimator, I was offered a repair date several weeks out, but when the day arrived, Absolute did not have me scheduled and I had to wait another two weeks or so for my car to be fixed. Then the part was lost somehow and I had to wait another week, during which communication was poor to keep me apprised, including being told I had been called and a vm left for me when my car was finished on a Friday. I did not receive a call, as my iPhone showed no call and no vm; I didn’t have my car all weekend because no one let me know it was ready. Then the check from my insurance company was lost by Absolute and I had to pay for my deductible AND for the missing insurance check to get my car back.

The repair work was flawless. Perfect fit, perfect color match. Work was done in 4 days. They even washed and waxed the entire car, washed windows inside and cleaned all leather surfaces. If repairs are needed again they will be my first call. Thank you.
