Work done was excellent

When I initailly dropped my car off I was told that my estimate would be done sometime that day. I was not given an estimate until about 8:30 pm that evening, almost 12 hours later. Since this location is not open on the weekends, I wasn't told what would be done or had the opportunity to discuss or dispute this estimate. After a few days and phone calls I was told that my car had was already being worked on. After explaining to my Geico agent about my concern, I was assured I would be receiving updates. After a week of daily updates my car was suppose to be done 4/23 -4/24. However When I called I was told my car wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for at least 3 more days. I was completely appalled by the communication of everyone on your staff, the work done to my car, and the amount of time it took (because of the painters time off). I will never bring my car here for service again, and will be finding another insurance company. Thanks for nothing.

Excellent quality work and outstanding professionalism by all staff members to include Geico and Enterprise Rental staff members. Really love the text message progress updates.

Although the new pieces look great, the car wasn't cleaned on the outside at least, to reflect the true colors of the car to ensure they weren't mismatched. It's as if the piece were placed on, and that's it. There was also a LOT of dust on the interior of my car, which I had to clean as well.

Everything went well and my car was ready at the time it was promised! Thanks!

This is my second time having my car serviced at ourisman Marlow Heights and I have been pleased both times. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to service their car

I came to pick up my car and the door was still bent and air was coming in the car. It was a cold day.

Ourisman made my truck look like it was never in a car accident. I did have one slight concern, but I will share it with my insurance company to see if it can be resolved.

U might hire some extra people for those of us crushing from work between 4 and 6..It was conjested with customers.. on a brainy afternoon.. One person getting cars.. One person in the office taking customers to the cashier... Long wait.

Although it's a car port make the waiting area a little more inviting. The appointment time is Awsome the Customer Service is on point and professional. Thank you.
