Repaired was done quickly but car wasn't washed after painted job ..

Several of my personal items were left in the rental car that I had. These items were returned to me after I had to insist that (two notebook binders, three bibles, and a tripod was in the truck of the car) The young lady Holiday displayed a total lack of professionalism when she spoke with me on the phone She expressed herself with little/no regard for my situation. The young man Rodney was helpful even to call me on yesterday to inform me that my tripod had been located. While waiting in the dealership several employees were very loud and showed very inappropriate behavior during their conversation with each other. This is a business but very little professionalism is demonstrated by staff especially those who work in the sales area to the right of the body shop area. I would not want to have to encounter these individuals on a regular bases!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm satisfied with the services and the repair however if a daily time frame of completion could be sent out it would be great. Me as an individual and other folks would love to know the status update of their vehicle repair as we trust you'll with the service being rendered.

Had my car for three weeks Bessie they order the incorrect part I was never informed of what was going on with my vehicle unless I called them. Refuse to compensate me for their mistakes. Worst experience I will never take my vehicle back there!!! Very unprofessional from the geico adjuster to the body shop.

But it took a long time for you to finish. I was satisfied with the work.I will recommend you to anyone I meet.

I was impressed with the email followups that I received daily on the progress of my repair. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when my repair was completed 3 days ahead of schedule.

I was very please with the speedy check in of my car hassle free service and quick result I received with the service repair of my car I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back in the advent my car is damaged in a accident. Again I would like to thank everyone that played an important part in repairing the damage of my car excellent job.

I dont like the job they make to mi car

The length of time that the work required (was told 2-3 days.) also, I cut my finger on what must have been a piece of glass from my windshield from the passengers seat (no other glass was broken and the glass was broken on the drivers side.)
