There was what appeared to be a scratch on the car. There was also some glue on the taillight. They were very nice when I came back to fix it. It is in the shop now, so won't know if I'm satisfied after the second go around.

There was white paint residue on the driver’s side dashboard, yellow writing on the windshield in crayon and bird droppings on the car. Site of repair appeared to have a residue although appears to be restored. Just a little sloppy. There is a really nasty guy named Jay from Geico who sits to the left of Bryon. I waited 90 minutes when I dropped off the car for the rental the female black helping me disappeared. I overheard a conversation between an old man and Jay , the Geico rep was so nasty and disrespectful to him I was shocked. Really poor customer service in terms of that case, if he doesn’t like his job or understand how to speak with patron he should find other work. Call if you want more info ****-****-xxxx
