I truly appreciated the courteousness of the team. My experience was great.

I paid cash and my account was not noted so I had to wait for someone to be reached to confirm the payment. I had front work done but the third row seats were lowered and never returned to the upright position. According to the manufacturer the third row should not stay down for a long period of time because the headrest will leave marks on the leather leading to warping of that specific area. You had the truck for a week so I assume it was down for that length of time. Also, the cardboard protector that I had in the back was gone. I made sure I took all my valuables out but that cardboard was something that I used to protect the carpet in the back. Your customer service and friendly disposition is great but your attention to detail can be improved upon (ie: light was not flush with the body of the car the first time I came to pick up the truck).

Everyone was courteous and professional. My appointment was for 9am and I was seen on time. Everything was explained to me prior to starting the work and my car looks amazing.

The work done at the autobody shop is great however the person who drives the car from the lots changed pretty much every setting I have in the car. Seat and mirrors I understand but changing ac, putting Spanish radio stations on my favorites and rummaging through the compartment between driver and passenger and taking an air fresher( which smell I began to get sick of,hence why it was stashed away) and put it on the air vent. This sounds petty and stupid but cars are very personal to their owners. I cant be the only one that feels this way.

My car looks great again and it was completed before schedule.Your staff were professional and polite.

At first looks ok but after close examination this afternoon in the sun and against light reflection the body work and paint job are ok, but final lacquer work not so good,there is a lot of flaws in it looks like puzzle design in the lacquer some my not see it and don't care about it but me I do care, closely it looks like a cheap fast job, salso Whom ever did the final compound job orb buffing he as to be more careful because he compound / touched the black rail-roof he should have protected before to do so, so now the black color looks like partially faded, at the end simply it's a poor fast job, not worth it for that kind money, not happy with it.
